Mullaghanattin Mountain horseshoe loop walk is a moderate to strenuous 4 to 6 hour (12 km) walking route on the Mullaghanattin ridge from the Blackwater River and around a coom known as the Pocket to the summit of Mullaghanattin (773m) with great scenery in all directions.  This perfect loop walk begins to the north of Blackwater Bridge on the Ring of Kerry in the south west of Ireland.

There is also an option of doing half the horseshoe by going straight up on to Mullaghanattin.  From the summit you get a unique panorama of Dingle peninsula to the north, Beara peninsula to the south and the MacGillycuddy Reeks and Carrauntoohil to north east at 1039m height.
