The Kennedy Homestead in Dunganstown, New Ross, Co Wexford in the South East of Ireland and is a Discovery Point on Ireland's Ancient East. It is the birthplace of President John F. Kennedy's great grandfather Patrick Kennedy who emigrated from here to the United States in 1848. Visit for more info.

The Museum and interpretative exhibition was developed after President John F. Kennedy's visit to Ireland in 1963. The visitor can follow the fortunes of the Kennedy clan from the time Patrick immigrated to the United States right up to the present day. Trace the history of those who stayed behind and those who left Dunganstown on an immigrant ship. The Centre includes audio visuals and photographic exhibition and there is a cafe and gift shop on the premises.
