Gola island (Gabhla) is 1 km off the coast of Gweedore, Co donegal, Ireland and is a Discovery Point on the Wild Atlantic Way. It is reached by ferry from Gweedore and Its many beaches and secluded bays attract visitors throughout the year.

Gola Island is a haven for artists, birdwatchers, photographers, walkers and rock climbers. Renowned for the quantity and quality of the rock-climbing available on its towering granite sea-cliffs and provides some of Europe's finest challenges for rock climbers. It is a bird watchers paradise with sea birds such as cormorants, shags, razorbills, guillemots, gannet and skua as well as shore birds such as cormorants, shags, razorbills, guillemots, gannet and skua. The island also has some lovely sandy beaches.

The island has been immortalised in the traditional children's song Báidín Fhéilimí (Féilimí's Little Boat)
