This short walking and cycling route follows the line of the old Lagan Canal along a tarmac towpath from the Belfast Boat Club to the Lock Keepers Inn Restaurant. The path is very smooth and flat and is ideal for disabled users, walkers, cyclists and roller bladers.
From Stranmillis, Belfast go onto the tarmaced towpath with the river to your left and continue for approx. 3kms, crossing the red footbridge and onto the Lock Keepers Inn. Please be aware of cyclists from ahead and from the rear.
