Valentia Island heritage centre is a village museum nestled with in a charming 150-year-old schoolhouse. The museum, encapsulates in a unique and authentic way, the evolution through time of the many aspects of Valentia Island’s rich and fascinating history stretching over Millennia.

Exhibitions include the very early Tetrapod track way, geological, archaeological, social, cultural and historical exhibitions, visit the traditional old school room, a real treat for everyone. Open April to September.
