The Glennahoo River Valley and Machanabo  Loop Walk is a moderate 3.0 hour (9 km) walking route up the easier east side of the picturesque Glennahoo River valley west of Tralee, county Kerry in the south west of Ireland. This walk can be done in either direction but taking the valley first is the more awe inspiring and returning to Scraggane over Beenatoor Mountain (592m). This walk is only a short drive from Tralee and there are also many other shorter and longer walks in the area.
