This nature reserve is located near the Castle Archdale Country Park and covers a group of small islands in Lower Lough Erne. These scenic islands are an ideal home to the rare Garden Warbler. These islands were once farmed as evidenced of old irrigation ditches and the ruins of farmhouses have been found. Now, the relatively unspoiled woodland on these islands is a mixture of many species including oak, yew and ash.

Use our Map of Ireland and Sat Nav tool to get directions and our detailed maps and GPS on our ActiveME iPhone and Android App to find it live on screen and keep on track. At all times, our maps and App should be used in conjunction with proper map and compass navigation techniques.
